This week LetsBlogOff wanted to talk about flowers…ok, I’m in.

And, since it’s Spring (why is it snowing, oh never mind).

Shannon (our landscaper) takes great care of us.  Soon it will be time for our timber framers to enjoy lunch time outside at the picnic table and these beautiful flowers will be enjoyed for another season.

Lilac is my favorite!

Thank you Ginny! I have some lilacs at home, but they typically don’t get enough sun, need to move them.

I don’t miss those harsh winters in Montana, but I do miss seeing the lilacs in the spring. Truly delightful flowers.

I think you left out the part where you caught them on fire with the pellet stove!

Beautiful photos. Our lilac is looking kind of sad this year. Okay, it might not actually be ours, it’s the neighbor’s but it has a tendency to arc over our driveway.

Maybe that neighboring lilac will come around 🙂

Gorgeous pictures! The lilac takes me back to my own childhood, as the people next door had a lilac tree.

Yeah, love the lilacs, so pretty and smell so good!

My husband hacked back our lilac this year because a tree fell on it. Sadly, I’ve only seen one lone lilac blossom bunch 😦

Hope it comes back Amy, they are so pretty.
