Each Project is Unique

Each project is unique…why?

It’s just how we approach things.  Could we rebuild the same typical post and beam barn frame over and over?  We sure could, adjusting for the engineering (but, of course).  Just haven’t gone down that road….YET!

From big,

to small…

and everything in between.  It’s just how we roll.

Custom Designs

When you think about a timber frame home, do you think custom design?  If so, Vermont Timber Works is the timber frame company for you, because…so do we! 

Hand hewn hemlock beams and timber arches shown above are handcrafted. Can’t get this from a cnc machine!

Timber frame home design with douglas fir timbers and more arches, beautiful.  Does a custom designed timber frame home need to have arches?  Of course not 🙂  but it is an option!

Now that’s a steeple

Going through pictures of past projects I think this is one of the best ones we have done. This steeple went down to New Orleans. I personally like the more challenging projects.

if I had a timber frame home…

My timber frame home would look like this…douglas fir beams, custom design and handcrafted.  I don’t think I am asking too much?

Lots of windows of course for the beautiful view.  Maybe something like this?
